For clients who split their time between London and another location, they can rely on our home management service to ensure that their home is looked after and always ready for their arrival.
We undertake regular checks of their homes when it is unoccupied, ensuring that any post is forwarded on and all bills are paid and up to date. Should any problems arise, we liaise with one of our trusted contractors to sort out the issue, giving our clients peace of mind that their property is well maintained.
For clients who decide to rent out their property, we are able to recommend the best estate agent in the area and negotiate their terms so that they can maximise the return on their investment.
We handle the day to day management of the property acting as the point of contact between our client (landlord) and the tenant. Should there be any maintenance issues during the tenancy, we use one of our trusted contractors to rectify the problem.
After a tenancy has been completed, we inspect the property ensuring that the dilapidations (if any) are resolved swiftly and fairly. We make sure the Landlord is kept up to date at all times.
